There's nothing funny about Chris Rock's historic carriage house in Clinton Hill, with its stately period details and swoon-worthy stained glass. And after a few years of renting it out (some say for as high as $15,000 per month since 2013), Rock has finally sold the property he purchased as a newly famous standup comic.
